Business Units

CAC has a very flat management structure, which is based on semi - independent but closely coordinated cost& profit centers, which are designated as Business Units. Each unit is led by an Executive Consultant (note that the term "manager" is not used, simply because in a lean company, such as CAC, everyone, including the CEO, works for clients and not just manage other members of the staff). Currently there are three Business Units:
