One of CAC's prime services is the supply of highly skilled personnel. CAC and its Associates have access to a large pool of well motivated and qualified engineers, technicians and administrative staff.

CAC interim managers fulfil the following functions:

· Crisis Management
Crisis managers tackle unexpected emergencies within an organization, which cannot readily be addressed by the management acting on their own.

· Change Management
Change managers analyse and implement solutions to streamline and improve the operation of an organization. Sometimes this entails technological or structural changes in a company's business processes or, even, changes in company culture.

· Stand-in Management
Stand-in managers fill the gap in running an operation while the search for the ideal permanent candidate is taking place. Stand-in managers are particularly useful to a company engaged in the arduous process of relocation or entry into a new market. In China CAC's Stand-in managers often assume the role of coaching incoming new managers and easing them into the Chinese business culture. CAC's interim managers are mature and able to adapt quickly to the client's company culture. They possess the depth of operational knowledge to be able to perform all the management tasks that the interim position requires.
