More than 36 years of international experience in business development and line management in the process industries in America, Europe and Far East for Kellogg, Snamprogetti, Stork- Comprimo and Mannesmann- KTI. He has held top management positions in China for many years. His China experience includes company operations, procurement, contract administration and formation of joint ventures with Chinese corporations.

More than 36 years of experience of equipment design, business development, project management and line management for Kellog, Snamprogetti, Nuovo Pignone. He is a former managing director of King Wilkinson and The National Nuclear Engineering Corporation. Besides his technical expertise he is legally qualified and is a chartered company secretary.

Sally Chang is a Canadian chartered accountant with more than 16 years experience of administration sales and financing with Mannesmann in China, the US and Canada and the Provincial General Auditor Office in Toronto. She is also an MBA holder.

More than 16 years experience in administration, business development. For the last 8 years Li Xu has been increasingly involved in personnel search and selection. She holds National qualifications in HR management and is a Shanghai certified Executive Search and Selection practitioner. 

More than 8 years experience in accounting, finance and administration with Chinese companies. Min Wenwen is a qualified accountant.
